Constructed in 1937, Cherry Hall remains a focal point for Western Kentucky University, named after the University’s first President, Henry Hardin Cherry.
The cupola at the top of the dome of this stone structure has become the official symbol of Western Kentucky University.
In 2001, The Tradesmen Group was asked to develop a preservation plan for the restoration of this symbolic structure. We replaced the ornamental copper cupola, restored the dome, and performed masonry restoration on this magnificent historical site.
